Lana Laws is a multi-instrumentalist, prolific composer, arranger and performer releasing material under the predominantly instrumental, orchestral, symphonic, progressive, extreme metal genre.

Lana's introduction to music started when he was five when he began self-taught keyboard studies progressing to guitars when he was fifteen. His influences are varied and he cites Pink Floyd, Yes, Mike Oldfield, Jean Michel Jarre, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, Nightwish and Epica among many of the artists he finds inspiring. Lana adovcates and uses brands such as Ibanez, Korg, Cockos, Native Instruments, and Toontrack.
 

His series "Kalasin" has to date reached its third album, released in November 2020, his second release in the same year. All three albums are available on all streaming platforms links to which you will find embedded in this site.

Lana is currently channelling his creative force majure into his next project; "Ghenghis", a compelling musical interpretation of the life and times of Ghenghis Khan, born Temujin Borgjijin, the founder and first Great Khan and Emperor of the Mongol Empire. He is conducting this monumental production in conjunction with Harry Jackson, Principal of Starlight Sound in North East Kent combining both their mutual love for, and strength in, avante garde production techniques.
